A former haberdashery in Offida becomes a place for gathering and storytelling, where aperitifs are served beside a wounded wall that never stopped speaking. Every recovered element, from the original counter to vintage chandeliers, weaves together the city’s collective memories. A project that stitches rather than erases, restoring the space with an affectionate, living voice, deeply rooted in its past.
The original palladiana floor, with brass and mother-of-pearl inlays, set the chromatic harmony of the interiors: shades of ochre, green, and black. Wall traces from the old boiserie were deliberately left exposed, becoming visual stories, while archival finds, including a 1956 cinema poster, were carefully restored and proudly displayed. The furniture is a narrative collage: nothing is neutral, everything speaks. A tailor-made intervention that preserves identity and warmth, giving new form to the genius loci.
