In a historic palazzo in the heart of Offida, the former stables become the perfect stage for a cuisine deeply rooted in tradition and gracefully open to the present. Exposed brick vaults, measured lighting, and essential furnishings shape an atmosphere of calm, authenticity, and respect, the same values Chef Daniele Citeroni Maurizi brings to every dish.

THE PROJECT

My intervention took shape through a deep listening process (of the place and of the chef) with the goal of creating a space that could fully reflect its culinary identity. It began at the entrance on Corso Serpente Aureo, transformed into a visual cue and gentle invitation, and continued into the heart of the osteria by clearing away excess and restoring focus to the original architecture. Colors, lighting, and materials were chosen with the same care used to select the finest ingredients: to let what truly matters speak for itself. A shared project, born of trust and a common vision, to create a place that is both living memory and daily promise.
